10 things you need to know about your cover letter shared that

In some recruiting processes the cover letter is more important than the CV for the recruiter. We often find that the candidate does not send it. If you do not do it, you lose the opportunity to highlight why you are interested in. Moreover, you cannot distinguish yourself from other candidates.

Here are 10 important recommendations for the cover letter:

1. It should include achievements that are not on your CV and are important requirements for the job offer.

2. It should include relevant information such as residence, availability, skills and other information that are important for the offer and are not in your CV.

3. The name of the position for which you are applying for.

4. It should be short and with a friendly design.

5. It should not be a generic letter. It should include personal motivations that invite you to apply for this job.

6. You should highlight your strengths

7. You should minimize the weaknesses

8. You should include additional trainings that are relevant for the job offer

9. Avoid being too self-centered

10. You should invite the recruiter for an interview
