Enrolment in the First Mentoring Programme exceeds all expectations

The First AIQS Alumni Mentoring Programme starts with 120 mentors and 41 mentees enrolled, a figure that exceeds all initial expectations.

For the first time, AIQS Alumni are organising an alumni mentoring programme for the entire IQS community. It is free of charge and will start in the first semester of 2023. AIQS Alumni aims to promote mentoring as a growth tool to accompany, support and accelerate the personal and professional growth of IQS alumni, through great professionals backed by their track record, experience and reputation.

The main objectives of the programme are:

To share experiences that serve as a guide in a specific sector or area.
To develop communication skills through emotional intelligence and empathy.
To transmit positive, ethical and coherent values.
To help resolve doubts on one’s own.
Contribute to continuous training.
